LGU Naga resumes “Driver as First Aider” training program

NAGA CITY — After a year of hiatus, LGU Naga’s “Driver-First Aider” program resumes. At least 20 padyak drivers were taught basic life support and first aid skills last week as part of the city government’s effort to capacitate all PUV drivers in the city as first aid providers.
