PBBM leads rite for Pambansang Pabahay in Naga

TIME CAPSULE President Marcos Jr. is being assisted by Mayor Nelson Legacion and Vice Mayor Cecilia de Asis in inserting a newspaper inside the time capsule which was used in the ground breaking ceremony on March 16, 2023, at the Balatas New Development Area where 7 medium or high-rise condominiums are to be constructed.
NAGA CITY --- A groundbreaking ceremony for the housing projects to be implemented under the auspices of the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) thru the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. reeled off today, March 16, in a 1.2 ha of land inside the Balatas New Development Area (BNDA).
