AFTER several months in lull, the Bicol Science and Technology Centrum is expected to resume operations by July 2021 with more galleries to offer to visiting learners from different public and private schools across the region.
The students – the country’s future scientists, inventors, researchers, and innovators – who will go to see the facility can expect a wonderful and worthwhile stay at the BSTC, the Bicol’s principal center for science education and information.
BSTC, which is currently undergoing physical improvements, promises not only of exhibits that are interactive and thematic. The visitors will be delighted also by the presence of a robotics image gallery which will be set up within the third or fourth quarter of 2021.

Vinluan and officials of the Department of Science and Technology and Dept. of Education who graced today’s unveiling ceremony for the proposed improvement of the facility.
LGU Naga has allocated P3.4-M for the structure’s improvement while the amount of money, around P4.6-M that will be spent for the galleries, will come from the DOST.
The visitors include: Schools Division Supt. Mariano De Guzman of DepEd-Naga, DOST Regional Director Rommel Serrano.
