Summary: This ordinance builds upon the existing “Anti-SOGIE Discrimination Ordinance of Naga City” (Ordinance No. 2019-024) by strengthening the city’s commitment to eliminate discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer+ (LGBTQ+) individuals and ensure their equal access to city and barangay government services.
