AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE ACCOUNT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT IN THE CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET OF THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CPDO) AND REVERTING TO THE SAID ACCOUNT THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P75,000.00) FORM INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT TO FUND THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) ADDITIONAL AIR-CONDITIONING UNIT AND OTHER OFFICE EQUIPMENT BY THE SAID OFFICE

Summary: This ordinance establishes an “Office Equipment” account within the Capital Outlay budget of the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO). It reallocates P75,000.00 from the existing “Information and Communications Technology Equipment” budget to this new account. The purpose of this fund transfer is to enable the CPDO to purchase an additional air-conditioning unit and other necessary office equipment.
