Summary: This ordinance grants a Barangay Performance Incentive to barangay officials in Naga City. Punong Barangays receive P4,000.00 each, Barangay Kagawads receive P3,500.00 each, and Barangay Secretaries, Barangay Treasurers, and Barangay Record Keepers receive P3,000.00 each. The incentives are funded by the Barangay Support Fund under Special Purpose Appropriation (SPA).
