Summary: The NCCYD is responsible for formulating youth development plans and policies, evaluating programs, and facilitating various activities, including leadership training and advocacy workshops on topics such as moral recovery, anti-drug abuse, new politics, sustainable development, and climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction management.
