Summary: This ordinance establishes and regulates a dedicated Food and Beverage Area along a portion of Calle del Rio in Naga City. The primary objectives are to stimulate economic growth by providing opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to sell goods and services, thereby increasing income and employment. It also aims to draw residents to the riverbank, fostering appreciation and conservation of the Naga River.
