Summary/Additional Info:
Summary: This ordinance creates the Naga City Youth Code to protect and promote youth rights (ages 15–30) and their role in development. It prohibits abuse, discrimination, hazing, and other harmful acts. It forms the Naga City Council for Youth Development and institutionalizes the Naga City Youth Officials Program. It also provides an annual Youth Development Fund.
