Summary: This ordinance repeals Section 4 of Ordinance No. 95-093, which previously outlined the method of payment for administrative fines and penalties. By doing so, it reinstates the original provisions for the imposition and collection of fines and penalties found in other various ordinances. The ordinance became effective upon its approval and fifteen (15) days after publication in a local newspaper.
