Summary: This ordinance updates Naga City’s Transport and Traffic Code to require all bicycles to have a uniform registration plate or sticker issued by the City Government for a fee of P20.00, which must be visibly mounted at the rear and permanently assigned to the bike. Owners must renew registration annually at the City Treasurer’s Office and get a new sticker for the plate. If the plate is lost, stolen, or damaged, owners must submit a Barangay Certification of ownership, a Police Blotter excerpt, and an Affidavit of Loss before registering again.
