Summary: This ordinance amends prior local laws (Ordinance No. 2002-053 and Ordinance No. 2000-012) to redefine the composition, roles, and functions of the Naga City Council for Women (NCCW), along with appropriating funds for its operations. The revised NCCW expands its membership to include representatives from all 27 barangay councils, accredited women’s organizations, non-government organizations, and various support offices such as the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), City Health Office (CHO), Philippine National Police (PNP), Department of Education (DepEd), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
