Summary: Ordinance No. 2008-014 adjusts the rental rates for commercial buildings within the “KAPIT-BISIG SA PANGANIBAN” Upgrading and Beautification Project in Naga City. This project includes 13 Duplex buildings and 7 Pavilions located along Panganiban Avenue, adjacent to the PNR Railroad Tracks. The ordinance establishes a uniform rental rate of Six Hundred Fifty (P650.00) Pesos per square meter per month, which includes parking areas and other facilities.
