Summary: Naga City Ordinance No. 2006-058 amends Section 112 of Article XXV of “The Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City” to include the Head of the Public Safety Office (PSO) as a new member of the Trimobile Task Force. This task force, now composed of five Sangguniang Personnel and the PSO Head, facilitates the work of the Trimobile Franchising Board, which is responsible for processing trimobile franchise applications. The Board itself consists of all members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
