Summary: Ordinance No. 2006-005 regulates the operation of trimobile units for hire along national roads within the territorial jurisdiction of Naga City and prescribes penalties for violations. While trimobile units with a valid Regular Franchise are generally permitted on all city and local roads, including national roads within the Central Business District (CBD-1) and other areas, the ordinance specifically prohibits their regular operation on certain national road portions.
