Summary: This ordinance further amends Section 134 (6), Article XXVIII of Naga City’s Transport and Traffic Code to authorize 30 more “padyak” (pedicab) units for the Sol Padyak Operators & Drivers Association (SOLPODA), raising their limit to 80 units. SOLPODA padyaks may operate within Sol St., Phase I of Villa Grande 7th & 8th Sts., and Soriano Ave. up to the Señar residence, excluding the highway. Their authorized color is Apple Green. The ordinance took effect upon approval and publication in a local newspaper.
