Summary: This ordinance further amends Section 134 (6), Article XXVIII of Naga City’s Transport and Traffic Code to authorize 10 additional “padyak” (pedicab) units for the Del Rosario Padyak Operators and Drivers Association (DELPODA), raising their limit to 140 units. DELPODA padyaks may operate only within Del Rosario Urban Poor Area, Villa Corazon Subdivision, and 1 & 2 Jaimica Subdivision, with Yellow and Orange as their official colors. The ordinance took effect upon approval and local publication.
