Summary: This ordinance further amends Naga City’s Transport and Traffic Code to authorize 15 more “padyak” (pedicab) units for the Villa Grande Homes Padyak Operators and Drivers Association (VIGPODA), raising their total to 65 units. VIGPODA padyaks may operate only within all areas of Villa Grande, excluding the highway. Their designated color is Blue. The ordinance took effect upon approval and local publication.
