AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE DAILY HONORARIUM OF CITY YOUTH OFFICIALS FOR
2002 AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER AT ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT & 60/100
(P138.60) PESOS AND AUTHORIZING THE CHARGING OF THE AMOUNT OF SIXTY-FOUR
THOUSAND (P64,000.00) PESOS OUT OF THE CURRENT APPROPRIATION FOR YOUTH
EMPOWERMENT FUND UNDER THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FUND TO COVER THE
DEFICIENCY IN THE CURRENT ALLOCATION FOR THE HONORARIA OF THE CITY

Summary: This ordinance sets the daily honorarium for City Youth Officials at P138.60 for 2002 and subsequent years. It also authorizes the allocation of P64,000.00 from the current Youth Empowerment Fund (under the Local Development Fund) to cover any shortfall in the current honorarium allocation for these officials. The ordinance was authored by Hon. Gabriel Bordado.
