AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, S. 1993, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY” AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2001-086 SPECIFICALLY SECTION 134 THEREOF, BY AUTHORIZING THE ABELLA PADYAK OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION (APODA) ADDITIONAL TWENTY (20) UNITS OF PADYAK MAKING A TOTAL OF 100 UNITS WITH SPECIFIC ROUTES AS HEREIN INDICATED

Summary: This ordinance further amends Ordinance No. 93-049, s. 1993, also known as the “Transport & Traffic Code of Naga City” (specifically Section 134, as amended by Ordinance No. 2001-086). It authorizes the Abella Padyak Operators and Drivers Association (APODA) to operate an additional twenty (20) padyak units, increasing their total to 100 units.
