Summary: This ordinance amends Section 117 of Naga City’s “Transport and Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049) by setting new passenger fare rates for trimobiles (motorized tricycles). The standard fare is ₱3.00 per regular passenger for the first 2 kilometers, plus ₱0.25 for every additional kilometer. A discounted fare of ₱2.25 applies to students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities upon presentation of valid IDs. The ordinance took effect on October 1, 1999, after its publication.
