Summary: This ordinance amends Section 50, Article XVI of Naga City’s “Transport and Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049) to designate additional parking spaces for sedan- and jeepney-type vehicles along specified portions of several streets, including Arana, Barlin, P. Diaz, Dimasalang, Elias Angeles, Peñafrancia Avenue, Biak-na-Bato (Tabuco), and PNR Road (Tabuco). It also declares the stretch of J. Miranda Avenue (from Kayanga Street to Panganiban Drive) as a “No Parking Area.” The ordinance took effect upon approval and publication.
