Summary: This ordinance amends Naga City’s “Transport and Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049) by adding a new Public Utility Jeepney (PUJ) route. The new route is designated as “Del Rosario-Magsaysay Avenue via Peñafrancia Avenue-Centro and Vice Versa.” The route details are: From Del Rosario Boundary down to Concepcion Grande and Concepcion Pequeña; right turn to Magsaysay Avenue; left turn to Peñafrancia Avenue; right turn to Arana Street; left turn to Elias Angeles Street; left turn to Caceres Street (Dinaga) towards Peñafrancia Avenue, then back to Del Rosario. The ordinance became effective upon its approval.
