Summary: This ordinance amends previous ordinances (No. 94-016 and 93-049, “The Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City”) by establishing new parking fees for various declared parking areas, including the Plaza Quezon Quadrangle within the Central Business District. The rates are P3.00 for the first three hours or any fraction thereof, and P2.00 for every succeeding hour or fraction. Additionally, the City will issue P500.00 annual parking pass stickers, which do not guarantee reserved spaces. The ordinance took effect upon its approval and local newspaper publication.
