Summary: This ordinance amends earlier ordinances to expand the Government Employees Medical Services (GEMS) in Naga City, granting a 25% discount to dependents of city employees; full discounts for certified indigent patients; a 25% discount for Lingkod Barangay Foundation members; and free consultations plus 20% off medicines and lab services for Senior Citizens League members, all upon presenting valid IDs. Non-residents pay full rates. The ordinance took effect upon approval.
