Summary: This ordinance amends Section 116, Article XXV of Ordinance No. 93-049, known as “The Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City.” The amendment adds a proviso that limits each qualified applicant (single proprietor, partnership, or corporation) to a maximum of five (5) public utility trimobile units.
