Summary: This ordinance amends Section 144, Article XXX of Ordinance No. 93-049, also known as “The Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City”. The amendment introduces an additional requirement for the issuance of ID cards to all drivers and operators of public conveyances (including trimobiles and padyaks for hire) operating within Naga City.
