Summary: Ordinance No. 95-046, adopted on June 21, 1995, by the 4th Sangguniang Panlungsod, further amends Articles XVI and XVIII of Ordinance No. 93-049, also known as “The Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City”. The amendments specifically address the routes and terminals for public utility jeepneys (PUJs), including provisions for north-bound jeepneys and their access to Elias Angeles Street for unloading passengers during specific hours, as well as their designated terminals in areas like Bagumbayan Sur and Bagumbayan Norte streets.
