AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 55, (a) ARTICLE XVI OF ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, S. 1993, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY”, BY CHANGING THE TIME WHEN PUJ’S, PUBs, MINI-BUSES, AND AIRCON BUSES SHALL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (CBD)

Summary: This ordinance amends Section 55(c) of Article XVI of Naga City’s “The Transport and Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049). The amendment specifically regulates the entry times for inter-city public utility jeepneys (PUJs), public utility buses (PUBs), mini-buses, and tourist buses into the Central Business District (CBD). These vehicles are now permitted to enter the CBD for loading and unloading passengers in designated areas only from 7:30 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.. The ordinance became effective upon its approval.
