Summary: This ordinance amends Naga City’s “Transport and Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049) by defining specific terminal areas and routes for North-Bound Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs). It sets out distinct terminal locations and detailed inbound and outbound routes for Tinambac and Tamban PUJs (Jacob Street, National Highway, Kapilihan Street). For all other North-bound PUJs, terminals must be established North of Arana Street, with specific routes defined for those using the Igualdad and Veterans Terminals. The ordinance also prohibits loading of northbound passengers along certain segments of E. Angeles Street, Barlin Street, Paz Street, Dimasalang Street, and P. Diaz Street. Any inconsistent ordinances are repealed or modified , and the ordinance took effect upon its approval.
