Summary: This ordinance establishes the “Urban Development and Housing Board Ordinance of 1993” for Naga City. Its declared policy is to undertake a comprehensive and continuous urban development and housing program in cooperation with the private sector, in line with Republic Act No. 7279, also known as the “Urban Development and Housing Act of 1992”.
