On July 24, 2024, three (3) EasyBus Kiosks were launched at the Bicol Central Station (BCS). Public commuters can now book their bus trip easily and conveniently, reducing long lines and time-consuming processes. With just a few taps, passengers can choose their preferred bus line, select seats, and book their trips on their desired time and date. The kiosks offer multiple payment options, including Cash, GCash, and Maya, ensuring flexibility for everyone.
Easybus PH has also installed trip displays to provide the latest status updates. After booking, the kiosk will print out a ticket voucher which shall be presented at the ticketing office to get the official ticket. Yet, good news for Raymond Bus Line travelers! The voucher can be directly given to the bus operator once payment is settled.
EasyBus PH, a startup from Naga City and co-founded by a Nagueña, is dedicated to improving public transport through digital innovation, making travel easier and more accessible. The startup is also a recipient of the city’s startup development program through the Digital Innovation Fund (DIF) grant. This funding supported EasyBus PH in their product development and the modernization of BCS through the centralized booking system, kiosks, and trip displays.
