AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00) FOR PLANTS AND TREES UNDER THE CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE (ENRO) TO COVER THE PROCUREMENT OF SUITABLE VARIETY OF SAPLINGS (YOUNG TREES) FOR PLANTING ALONG MAGSAYSAY AVENUE AND OTHER KEY THOROUGHFARES IN THE URBAN DISTRICT IN NEED OF NATURAL SHADE AND GREENERIES, AND FURTHER APPROPRIATING FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00) UNDER OTHER STRUCTURES IN THE CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT OF THE SAME OFFICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ERECTING PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES AROUND THE YOUNG PLANTS BOTH CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE 2018 SURPLUS
