AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE THE ENTIRE STRETCH OF KINASTILYOHAN STREET FROM DECEMBER 8-31, 2018 AS VENUE OF THE ANNUAL KAMUNDAGAN FESTIVAL TRADE FAIR WITH NO MORE THAN THIRTY SIX (36) BOOTHS WITH EACH OCCUPYING AN AREA OF ONLY 2 x 2 METERS, PROVIDED THAT THE SUBJECT AREA SHALL BE STRICTLY USED FOR A TRADE FAIR AND NO OTHER GOODS OR SERVICES SHALL BE SOLD THEREON, AND VIOLATION THEREOF SHALL BE PENALIZED UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2009-062

Summary: This ordinance temporarily withdraws the entire stretch of Kinastilyohan Street from public use from December 8-31, 2018. This is to allow it to serve as the venue for the Annual Kamundagan Festival Trade Fair. The fair is restricted to a maximum of thirty-six (36) booths, each covering an area of only 2×2 meters.
