Summary: This ordinance temporarily designates specific public areas to be withdrawn from public servitude to serve as sites for sponsors’ booths during the Peñafrancia Festival. These areas include portions of Plaza Rizal (Gazebo Area) from September 10-15, 2018, the right side of P. Burgos Street (west direction) from September 12-14, 2018, and the left side of Elias Angeles Street (south direction) from September 12-15, 2018.
