Summary: This ordinance temporarily closes portions of General Luna and Elias Angeles Streets surrounding Plaza Rizal from August 15 to September 30, 2018, to allow NDC Management Event to host a Trade Fair, with conditions including maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and peace; prohibiting the sale of pirated products, sleeping, and cooking; and requiring stalls to follow placement rules such as not being within six meters of any street corner and all stalls facing Plaza Rizal.
