Summary: The ordinance grants a ₱5,000 annual stipend to surviving veterans of the Philippine-American War, World War II, and the Korean Campaign who have lived in Naga City for at least five years and are active members of a local Veterans Federation Post. The stipend is given every April 8–9 during Veterans Day and Araw ng Kagitingan. ₱150,000 is allocated yearly through the Office for Senior Citizens Affairs, which handles the distribution.
