Summary: The ordinance calls for a 30-Year Sustainable Urban Development Plan for Naga City to secure long-term growth and continuity of city policies and projects. It will reflect residents’ vision and Naga’s role as a regional hub, focusing on green spaces, mixed-use areas, and protecting cultural and environmental assets. The plan will align with the UN SDGs and AmBisyon Natin 2040. The CPDO will lead consultations and studies, funded by ₱1 million from the 2015 surplus.
