Summary: The ordinance sets rules for awarding 14 new trimobile franchises for the Balatas-Cararayan route in Naga City. It aims to meet transport needs and provide livelihood. Applicants must be heads of families or have dependents, have no other franchise, apply for this route only, and be active CABARTODA members. If there are more than 14 qualified applicants, a drawing of lots will determine the awardees.
