Summary:This ordinance establishes a new polyvinyl chloride (PVC) identification card for senior citizens in Naga City, effective January 1, 2016. It details the design and information to be included on the ID. All old white senior citizen ID cards from Naga City will become invalid on January 1, 2016, and will be replaced free of charge.
