Summary: This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 96-006, which previously prohibited the use of roller skates, roller blades, and roller boards on public roads and streets in Naga City. The amendment adds a proviso to Section 2 of the original ordinance. While the general prohibition on using these devices for skating on public roads and streets for recreational or sports purposes remains, the city government may now grant temporary use of portions of public roads and streets for events of regional or national magnitude, provided no alternative facility is available.
