Summary: This ordinance, officially titled the “Naga City Taxicle Ordinance of 2014” , establishes a comprehensive regulatory framework for the operation of “taxicles”—three-wheeled engine-powered vehicles (such as Samosa, Tempo, Tuk-tuk, Trishaw, Baja, or Rickshaw) —within Naga City. The ordinance was enacted following a successful 90-day experimental phase and aims to foster efficient transportation, enhance traffic administration, and improve the flow of human and physical resources throughout the city.
