Summary: The ordinance also formalizes and provides funding for the annual “Search for Best Barangay VAWC Desk” to continuously motivate barangays to excel in handling VAWC cases and delivering exemplary services. Criteria for the search include personnel, service delivery, and advocacy and fund source.
