Summary/Additional Info:
Summary: Ordinance No. 2013-030 grants condonation for the transfer of public utility trimobile franchises in Naga City for which payments were erroneously accepted by the City Treasurer’s Office as of July 1, 2013. This measure was enacted to rectify an “erroneous practice of commoditizing” these franchises , which stemmed from an incorrect application of a previous ordinance (Ordinance No. 2007-024).
