AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071, BY APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MRS. ELIZABETH G. DEL CASTILLO, PRESIDENT, E. GARCIA CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF THE THREE PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY TABUCO, NAGA CITY, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF TWENTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY FIVE (21,085) SQUARE METERS FROM AGRICULTURAL TO RESIDENTIAL-COMMERCIAL USE EXCLUDING THE 536 SQUARE METERS LOT TRAVERSED BY THE ALMEDA HIGHWAY

Summary: Ordinance No. 2013-029 amends Ordinance No. 2000-071 to approve the application of Mrs. Elizabeth G. Del Castillo, President of E. Garcia Construction Corporation, for the reclassification of three parcels of land in Barangay Tabuco, Naga City. A total area of 21,085 square meters of land is reclassified from agricultural to residential-commercial use. However, a 536 square meter portion of the lot that is traversed by the Almeda Highway is specifically excluded from this reclassification
