Summary: This ordinance officially renames “Ilang-Ilang Street” in Zone 1, Barangay Calauag, Naga City, to “Ricardo de Leon Street”. The purpose of this renaming is to honor the services, leadership, and good deeds of former Barangay Captain Ricardo de Leon. The ordinance took effect immediately upon its approval.
