Summary: This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 2005-080 by updating the system for numbering all residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in Naga City. It introduces a machine-readable bar code on building number plates for easier monitoring, sets new design and placement standards (including size, street and zone details, color coding by zone, and building type letters), and requires visible installation at least five feet high. It also mandates numbering for vacant lots and multi-unit buildings and repeals Section 13, paragraph b of the original ordinance.
