Summary: This ordinance updates Ordinance No. 99-098 by establishing a new business registration system in Naga City. All businesses — including tax-exempt ones — must secure and display a permanent, uniform business registration plate from the City Treasurer’s Office before operating. The plate will have a unique number, year sticker, Naga City Official Seal, Naga Smiles Logo, and a MEPO Building background design. Fees will cover the cost of making the plates and stickers, on top of existing annual business fees.
