Summary: This ordinance requires all government offices and private establishments in Naga City to set up a breastfeeding corner or room that is private, comfortable, and equipped with essentials like breast milk storage and handwashing facilities — free of charge for employees. Compliance is mandatory for getting or renewing business permits, with inspections by the City Population and Nutrition Office and City Health Office. Violators will be fined ₱5,000.
