Summary/Additional Info:
Summary: This ordinance officially names the bridge connecting Naga City’s Central Business District-One and Barangay Tabuco across the Naga River as “Puente de Claveria”. This naming honors Governor General Narciso Claveria y Zaldua, historically recognized for mandating the adoption of Spanish surnames among Filipinos. The ordinance also formally adopts the bridge’s original architectural design, recognizing the artistic contributions of the residents of old Ciudad de Nueva Caceres.
